We enclose a
non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit
of £50 (£100 for a 2 week booking) and agree to pay the balance no later
than one month before the date of our visit. In the event of the holiday makers cancellation the balance is
non-refundable and non-transferrable. The cottage owners therefore recommend that the holiday
makers take out their own suitable holiday insurance cover.

Terms & Conditions
1. The holiday makers undertake to keep the premises and all furniture,
fixtures, fittings & effects in or on our premises in the same state of
repair & condition as at the commencement of the holiday & also undertake
to leave the cottage in the same state of cleanliness & tidy order as
it was found. 2. The owners of the cottage will be reimbursed by the holiday
makers for any breakages or damage occurring during their stay (accidental
or otherwise). 3. The number of persons occupying the cottage will not
exceed the maximum permitted number stated, i.e:
7 persons (or 4 persons if the special rate for 4 persons has
been charged).
If the above numbers are to be exceeded this is only allowed with
the prior permission of the owners and an extra charge will be levied.
4. No pets or smoking allowed in any of the cottages.
5. Access time is 3:00 p.m. & departure 10:00 a.m.
