It is a detached 17th Century former fishermans cottage which has been renovated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard. With full central heating it is warm and comfortable

Ground floor-dining room, bathroom with 3 piece suite & shower over bath. Well equipped galley kitchen leading to sun lounge, balcony & patio area. Second lounge with sea
views, beamed ceiling and open fire. Narrow spiral staircase to first floor-1 bedroom (with sea views) with 3 single beds. Narrow spiral staircase down to
lower ground floor- 2 bedrooms- step down to 1 double & 1 double with beamed ceiling. Second bathroom with 3 piece suite & shower over small bath.
Facilities:
Electric cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board. Colour TV with Freeview channels, video and DVD player,
CD/cassette player. Selection of books and games. Full central heating, electricity & fuel for open fire included in the rent. Patio furniture & BBQ supplied.
Bed linen hire available, £11 double bed, £8 single bed. Alternatively you can bring your own bed linen (duvets and pillows supplied). Please bring your own towels.
Sorry no smoking. Pets are generally not permitted however, one small well behaved dog may be accepted at certain times of year (not during school holidays) with smaller parties.
Strictly by prior arrangement, please speaker to Trevor & Tracey if you wish to bring a dog. An additional charge of £20 will be applied if a dog is allowed.
PARKING: We provide a permit for 1 car to park free of charge in the village local authority car park. This is a short walk from the cottage, please speak to us if anyone in your
party is elderly or infirm. There is also a nearby private car park with a weekly or nightly charge. In the winter months (Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb) the local authority car park is free of charge
for all cars.
